Payment Policy:
Individual Sessions:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee and reserve any session, reading, communication, or Reiki appointment.
Karen Daley and/or Karen Daley d/b/a Animal and Spirit Talk (hereinafter collectively known as "Karen Daley") accepts Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Credit cards will be charged on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments are subject to full payment of the session, communication, and/or Reiki rates and will be billed to the provided credit card accordingly.
Barn Parties, House Parties, and Seminar Sessions:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee and reserve any party or seminar session, reading, communication, or Reiki appointment. Karen Daley, d/b/a Animal and Spirit Talk, accepts Master Card, Visa, and Discover. A non-refundable deposit of half the cost of the party is due when the party is scheduled. The final payment of any balance is due at least a week in advance of the party. Seminars are paid on the day of booking. Missed appointments are subject to full payment of the agreed session rate and will be billed to the provided credit card accordingly.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations of sessions, readings, communications, and Reiki appointments must be made 48 hours before your appointment date. Cancellations may be received by email ([email protected]), or by phone (is a landline) at 508-672-6710. A fee of $25 applies to all cancellations after the scheduled appointment.
