A Little About Me
I was a quiet child from a loving, caring family who was very psychic from a young age. However, I stuffed it away until my adult years when my mother passed to spirit following my father four years prior. I have been an animal lover since as far back as I can remember.
I attended college and have been an Intensive Care Unit nurse over 25 years, a Basic and Advanced Life Support Instructor and a certified End of Life Nursing Care Educator.
In addition to nursing, I am a medium, animal communicator and Reiki Master. I feel blessed to give our loved ones a voice. I have been in a healing profession for over 25 years. I volunteer my time at church events doing readings and bridging the gap between us and those in the spirit world, and helping our pets and their people communicate better with healing, love, and understanding.
Some Involvements
I support many local and out of state shelters, equine, and other animal rescue organizations. I am the Vice President of The First Spiritualist Church of Quincy, a member of AACN, MSPCA,ASPCA, PETA, and Heritage Horse Fund to name a few. She has also been a presenter on Animal Communication at the annual Equine Affaire held in West Springfield, Massachusetts each November. I am currently taking the Morris Pratt course for medium-ship certification. I have arranged and run Healing Nights at my church with different modalities of healing, with hands on and distant animal healing. I have also arranged “Just a Thought Away” nights at church where mediums in a gallery setting give messages of hope and love to the audience from spirit communicators. I participate in all of my church’s “A Day With Spirit” events, donating my time to do readings of spirit and animal communication to the public.
My Story
Many years ago when I was out of work with a shattered arm from a fall, I was in a rough place in time. My mom had just passed to spirit and my home life was in turmoil. I was guided to an article in the local paper on a medium from my town. I couldn’t put the paper down and found myself calling her and making an appointment for the next day. I was a bit skeptical but within a few minutes I was blown away! She was also a spirit artist so she had drawn the image of the person in spirit who came through to her for me…my father! She proceeded to totally amaze me with information that only he would have known and also current information, suggestions and concerns. My life was changed forever now, as I saw that life did continue and he was willing to help me, all I had to do was ask. I was catapulted into studying, reading and taking classes on spirit communication. The more I learned, the more I communicated with spirit and helped not only others, but myself as well. The healing I got from that first reading I will never, ever forget…my dad had guided me to a new world….of healing. I always said, “if I could bring to others, the healing I got from that first reading, I would be so happy.”..and it is happening with each reading more healing and love is expressed and it spreads, one person at a time!
Being a huge lover of animals all my life, I then took an animal communication class with Debbie McGillivray who has become a mentor and dear friend. I communicated with my first animal, a dog of hers named Champ who is a wonderful animal teacher….and there has been no stopping me since. I merge my energy with theirs and actually step into their body at times to see or feel what they need to share with me. You have heard the expression, don’t judge another till you walk a mile in their moccasins holds the same validity as don’t judge till you walk a mile in my paws, or hooves. All animals are full of wisdom and love to share with us, many have a good sense of humor as well.
I am the mother of three of the two legged kind and mother of three of the four legged kind.
